The Legend of the Seventh Star

Once upon a night, i lay sleeping in my bed. Terrible images intruded on my dreams. I saw images of a dark, bleak future where no one had time to enjoy the company of friends and family or to luxuriate in the feeling of sun kissed sky cooled by a caressing breeze. Touch had no feeling, music had no sound and food had no taste...

I awoke, unable to tolerate the future in my visions. Upon awaking, i opended a book sitting near to my bed. I read these words;

"And they walked the distance of seven stars into the desert. At the seventh star they found paradise on earth".

I know not what book it was, for when i read those words: I collected my few cherished possessions and went in search of the Seventh Star.
