My day started a bit different than planned; my student was not there because he is, at this moment, making a very long and dry dive... That mean: he is in the decompression chamber right now.
Nice subject to write about because there are a lot of misunderstandings about deco chambers and DCS (Decompression Sickness).

28 Aug '06 - 18:18 byTonight a new guest is coming to stay for six weeks so the evening will be filled, thank god. Tomorrow I can start my new course; a wreck dive speciality so that will also take some thoughts away and than, after a bit more than a week, I myself will mount a plane to go to Germany and Switzerland for two weeks…
… but still; I hate airports like this. Soon it will be over, hamdulelah!
Is this world enough?
26 Aug '06 - 16:54 byLife is still worth living over here, the sun is shining fiercer than ever before and temperatures are more in the region of 40 degrees than in their low thirties. You know; it’s a hard live… I hear you think: how can he say that with all the rain over there in Europe? Well; imagine: it’s around 40 degrees over here so you loose a lot of liquids out of your system and that has to be refilled as well; that means that you are constantly surrounded with bottles of water and cold glasses of beer or other kinds of alcohol, enriched with ice cubes like it goes very well with vodka orange or with pastis… If you lay down on your sun bed it is hard to stay their so you have to go in to the sea but that does not help a lot with a temperature of 30 degrees so you choose the pool which is not much better, cause it’s often over 28 degrees in their. Than you have all the distraction around; like girls in very tiny bikini’s and one is even smaller than the other, nah… life of a dive instructor is very very hard… ![]()

Veranderingen / Changes to come
Soon i'm gonna introduce my renewed website. For english reading people something completely new; they don't have to guess what i write
At the moment i'm quite busy with designing the new layout and translating the first new articles for on my blog. As much as i regret is the internetconnection not as stable as i hoped for so that holds me kind of back at the moment and of course is my job asking some time...
I hope to see you soon back; on the new website (same adress)
